Vision Launches the Community Living Network

The team at Vision has poured its resources into developing the Community Living Network as a  platform where operators, residents and other key stakeholders can access a range of services which we believe will enhance the performance of any communty living project.

The system is unique in that it focuses first on establishing the right culture within a project with results flowing on from that. If used properly the system will help operators achieve the minimum standards of Retirement Village Accreditation and satisfy the requirements of the Retirement Villages Act in NSW. More importantly it will help operators move towards best practice.

Ongoing Performance Appraisal and Continual Improvement Processes will ensure the system evolves to meet changing reqiuirements. These are supported by a suite of on-line training programs which can be undertaken without leaving the workplace.
