Behind this Vision operates a quality system with document control, procedures, job descriptions and much more. And the basic components of the Vision Learning System are incorporated ensuring sound instruction is available for each process.
The system is based on relevant Key Performance Indicators. It is continually under review with ongoing improvements based on user feedback, scheduled internal reviews and legislative changes. And Vision can provide external Performance Appraisal if required, which is a great tool for Boards and Investors.
