The Grange at Berry
The Grange of Berry is a boutique gated community of 60 retirement villas. In October 2006 the village was awarded the Housing Industry Association award for the Best Special Purpose Housing after having earlier won the Shoalhaven Building Design award for Best Medium Density Development.

The hub of the village is “The Broughton Club” which is named after one of Berry’s most loved historical figures. Berry & Districts
Historic Berry is arguably the most liveable location on the New South Wales South Coast. Nestled at the foot of Berry Mountain and the spectacular Cambewarra Range between the larger centres of Kiama and Nowra, Berry offers a varied lifestyle.
Berry oozes charm with its combination cafes and special interest stores set among magnificent architecture. The character of the homes and their gardens contributes to a very special and comfortable environment with a focus on arts, crafts and culture.
The town enjoys access to larger centres by road or rail. The rail system links Berry to Wollongong and Sydney. Private bus services provide access to Nowra and the beautiful coastal towns of Geroa and Gerringong.
A 10 minute drive towards the coast finds National Park which follows unspoilt Seven Mile Beach spreading from Geroa to Shoalhaven Heads, while a similar trip into the tranquil hinterland takes the driver towards Kangaroo Valley and opens up access to the Southern Highlands. And, the pristine waters of Jervis Bay lie just 30 minutes south.
Broughton Creek runs along the eastern side of Berry towards the Shoalhaven River. There is good access to this deep protected water via a boat ramp just outside of town.
